Since its founding in 1999, NextGen Network has evolved into a world class professional organization that offers career and professional development, community service opportunities, and points of connectivity for African-American business professionals. As a result of this evolution, NextGen Network membership has become competitively sought after by the best and the brightest throughout corporate America. In order to answer the overwhelming demand while also maintaining the elite integrity of its membership, NextGen Network has implemented the Professional Class Membership (PCM) process, a selective membership process offered once annually.

PCM applications are available beginning October of each year and the application submission period is October - December. Acceptance decisions are announced by March of the following year.
