NextGen Network members have access to a team of Executive Coaches who provide valuable career guidance and professional advice. Coaches are assigned to members based on industry segmentation or career focus. At the beginning of the year, the assigned coach meets with the member to evaluate their needs and to build individual career progression plans. Initial services are provided to NextGen Network members as a benefit of membership and additional services are provided at a discounted hourly rate.
