NextGen Network is a supporting organization of The Executive Leadership Council. NextGen Network was created to facilitate continued interaction, mentoring, and relationship building between Executive Leadership Council members and participants in its young professional programs. NextGen Network is the primary vehicle for implementing Executive Leadership Council strategies for building the pipeline of African American leaders in Corporate America and the community.

NextGen Network membership eligibility is based on a selective process which assesses the applicant's professional, academic and civic accomplishments as well as their potential for future growth in Corporate America.
